Frames
1 3/8 inch depth - all plastic
should you decide to print your own calendar sets in 8x10, which is a much cheaper solution for the leap year problem than printing 11x14 calendar sets - shown here in black but available in five colors - you'll find something comparable in any craft store, Target, etc.
i.e., not an acryilic box frame but rather a standard black picture frame with mat - not available online, you'll have to visit a Michael's craft store to buy these - Target is another good place to look for standard frames
Mounts
available in packages of 6 hooks - each holds 1 pound
Warning! These 3M Command adhesive picture hangers may work perfectly fine for most wall surfaces. But despite the product's claims our experience was that they absolutely did damage our freshly painted walls.
To be fair, only a few days earlier we had applied about an 1/8" layer of drywall joint compound to repair a heavily marred drywall surface after removing wallpaper. So compared with unrepaired drywall and an older paint job, our wall was a relatively soft surface.
Brads
Our recommendation for hanging 11x14 acryilic box frames is to just use a tiny 3/4" brad nail. Finishing brads in particular barely leave a hole. As long as you remove the nails carefully, the holes they leave will fill right in with some touch up paint. You can get these at any home improvement or hardware store.
